PRODUCT 01 / MUSE DISCOVERY TO QUALIFIED INQUIRY

Can buyers verify
your business in Muse?

We observe how Muse handles real supplier questions, check the facts buyers can verify, and trace the route to an inquiry. After approved fixes, we retest and show what changed.

Independent service. No Meta affiliation, guaranteed Muse placement, or promised sales outcome.

THE QUESTION BEHIND THE SERVICE

A supplier can be mentioned and still leave the buyer unable to verify a crucial fact—or unable to request a quote. We find exactly where that journey breaks.

From first question
to qualified conversation.

Each stage has a different kind of evidence. We document what can be observed, what must be checked with your team, and what remains unknown.

  1. 01Buyer taskA real sourcing need, with market and requirements.
  2. 02Muse responseWhat appears, what is cited, and what is missing.
  3. 03Supplier proofSpecs, certifications, capacity, and limits a buyer can verify.
  4. 04Inquiry pathCan a buyer reach the right page and submit an RFQ?
  5. 05Sales reviewIs the inquiry actually relevant and actionable?

For advertisers, paid traffic and sales-confirmed inquiries can be reviewed separately. Advertising results are never treated as Muse organic recommendations.

One product line.
Every claim traceable.

We agree a bounded pilot before testing. The first engagement can cover one English-language site, one North American market, one product line, and a fixed set of buyer questions.

01 / FRAME

Freeze the buying questions.

Choose discovery, comparison, and branded verification tasks grounded in your actual buyers. Record the exact wording and test conditions before anyone edits a page.

DELIVERABLE · Agreed task set
02 / OBSERVE

Capture the baseline.

Record the Muse interface, date, region, language, answer, sources, screenshots, failures, and unknowns. Compare them with what your public website actually says.

DELIVERABLE · Source-linked findings
03 / CLARIFY

Repair the evidence and route.

Prioritize missing facts, conflicting claims, and RFQ friction. Your team verifies commercial facts and approves every proposed site change before publication.

DELIVERABLE · Approved action log
04 / RETEST

Return to the same tasks.

Repeat the agreed questions under comparable conditions. Keep both versions, including unchanged answers and inconclusive outcomes, so the result remains reviewable.

DELIVERABLE · Before/after record

Final scope, timing, access, and price are agreed before work begins.

See the work.
See the unknowns.

Below is an interactive illustration of how a client could review findings. It contains fictional tasks, no customer records, and no live Muse or ad account connection.

Review statusCommercial facts require supplier confirmation before edits.

Muse observations and paid-media reporting are different evidence streams. Neither establishes that ads caused a Muse recommendation.

For suppliers with facts
buyers can check.

This is designed for B2B teams selling to North American buyers through an English-language independent website. It works best when your team can confirm specifications, approve changes, and review whether inquiries fit your sales criteria.

WHAT MAKES A USEFUL PILOT
  • One product or service line with verifiable facts
  • An English site your team can update
  • A named owner for commercial claims
  • A way to review inquiry quality

We do not promise inclusion in Muse, rankings, traffic, qualified leads, or sales. We agree the diagnostic and document the observed result.

Clear boundaries.
Better decisions.

Will running Meta ads improve my visibility in Muse?+

There is no guarantee that ad spend changes Muse recommendations. If you run Meta ads, we can review authorized advertising and sales-confirmed inquiry data as a separate path. Muse tasks are tested and reported independently. Read Meta’s Muse overview ↗

Do I need a Muse connector?+

No. The diagnostic tests buyer tasks and public information. A Muse Connector Platform submission ↗ is a different product route and is subject to Meta’s review.

Can you guarantee that Muse will recommend us?+

No. We document a defined set of observations, verify supplier facts, make approved changes, and retest. Muse answers can vary by task and conditions.

Is the workspace live or automatic?+

The workspace above is a demo, not a client account. For a real engagement we first agree what records to deliver, how they are updated, and what access is needed. An authenticated dashboard or automatic connections require separate implementation.

What happens on the first call?+

We discuss one product line, target market, your current website, and how sales defines a useful inquiry. Then we decide whether a fixed-scope pilot is appropriate.

Show us what you supply.
We’ll frame the questions.

Share your site and target market. We’ll use the first conversation to define a realistic diagnostic scope.
